Thermal Management for LED Lighting
A Lighting PCB is the core circuit board for various lighting equipment. It is widely used in LED lighting fixtures, outdoor lighting systems, commercial lighting equipment, smart lighting controllers, and plant grow lighting equipment. High Thermal Conductivity for LED Longevity
LED lighting generates heat that affects performance and lifespan. Our Lighting PCB offers two substrate options: FR-4 and high-thermal-conductivity aluminum substrate. The aluminum substrate provides excellent thermal conductivity. It significantly improves heat dissipation for LED fixtures and extends LED service life. Layer count ranges from 2 to 20 layers. Copper thickness ranges from 0.5 oz to 6 oz or as per your file. This meets the current carrying requirements of different power lighting products. Minimum trace width and spacing ranges from 2.5/2.5 mil to 4/4 mil based on your drawing. This supports high-density LED chip placement routing. It adapts to COB packaging and SMD placement processes. Surface finish options include ENIG, HASL (leaded and lead-free), OSP, immersion silver, immersion tin, and hard gold plating. All products comply with RoHS and REACH standards and meet UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating.
