Sensor PCB

Sensor PCB

A sensor is only as good as the board it sits on. A thermocouple outputs microvolts. A strain gauge changes resistance by fractions of an ohm. If the PCB introduces noise, leaks current, or drops voltage, the reading is wrong. Boyastar builds Sensor PCBs that keep sensor signals clean from the pad to the output connector.

The Signal Starts Here

A sensor is only as good as the board it sits on. A thermocouple outputs microvolts. A strain gauge changes resistance by fractions of an ohm. If the PCB introduces noise, leaks current, or drops voltage, the reading is wrong. Boyastar builds Sensor PCBs that keep sensor signals clean from the pad to the output connector.

Small signals need protection. Most sensor failures trace back to poor board design-not the sensor itself. Our boards cut that risk. We control trace impedance to ±10%, so signals do not bounce or distort. We support blind and buried vias to shorten return paths and reduce parasitic effects. For sensor front-ends, we offer ENIG or immersion silver surface finishes. These provide a flat, oxidation-free surface for soldering sensitive components like op-amps and ADCs. The result is a board that preserves the original signal with minimal corruption.

Real-world conditions. Sensors often work in hot, vibrating, or dirty environments. An engine bay sees 125°C and constant shaking. A factory floor has dust and electrical noise. Our Sensor PCBs use high-Tg FR-4 that stays stable beyond 150°C. Copper thickness ranges up to 6 oz for sensors that draw significant current, such as infrared heaters or ultrasonic transmitters. Every board is fully tested before it leaves our factory. We have been making PCBs since 2008. Our facility covers 19,000 square meters and produces over 50,000 square meters per month. IATF 16949 and UL certifications back every shipment.
