The Automotive Power PCB service is built for vehicle power systems. It uses thick copper to carry large currents. Copper thickness goes from 0.5 oz to 6 oz. We also support partial thick copper. In 2024, our partial thick copper PCB technology reached stable mass production. Our factory is in Guangde, Anhui, China. We have 137 production machines. These machines cover drilling, lamination, plating, etching, solder mask, silkscreen, AOI inspection, and flying probe testing.

Thick Copper for High Current
The Automotive Power PCB service is built for vehicle power systems. It uses thick copper to carry large currents. Copper thickness goes from 0.5 oz to 6 oz. We also support partial thick copper. In 2024, our partial thick copper PCB technology reached stable mass production. Our factory is in Guangde, Anhui, China. We have 137 production machines. These machines cover drilling, lamination, plating, etching, solder mask, silkscreen, AOI inspection, and flying probe testing. This board fits on-board chargers, DC-DC converters, motor drive controllers, and BMS power supplies. It also fits automotive lighting power, air conditioning power, audio power, and instrument power. Buyers need high current, thick copper, heat resistance, and high reliability. We build all of these into the board.
Material and Thermal Support
This power board uses high TG FR-4 and high CTI FR-4. It supports impedance control, blind and buried vias, and BGA. Surface finishes include immersion gold, HASL, OSP, immersion silver, immersion tin, and hard gold plating. Our engineering team has more than ten engineers. They review current carrying capacity. They give cooling advice. Buyers send Gerber files. Our engineers check the files on the same day. They send a quote and lead time within 24 hours. We accept OEM and ODM orders. Copper thickness, layer count, board thickness, base material, surface finish, and thick copper areas all follow buyer requirements. Our monthly capacity is about 50,000 square meters of PCB. Large orders can be scheduled with stable output. If the line has a problem, we tell the buyer fast. We work together on a backup plan.
Tests Before Every Shipment
Heat is the top risk in automotive power boards. We run temperature rise tests, current carrying tests, and heat resistance tests. We confirm the first article before mass production. We keep records from material input to final shipment. Every board gets electrical testing before packing. We use flying probe testing and AOI optical inspection. We accept third-party inspection. Our quality team has more than 20 people. Our factory received IATF16949 in 2017. We also hold ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001. We hold Underwriters Laboratories product safety certification.
