When Simple is Better
Not every product needs a 12-layer board with buried vias and impedance control. Sometimes the smartest design is the simplest one. A Single Sided PCB places all traces on one layer. No vias. No plated through-holes. Just copper traces on one side and components on the other. Boyastar makes Single Sided PCBs for products where reliability and cost matter more than routing density.
Why choose single-sided? Three reasons. First, cost. One layer uses less material and fewer process steps than multilayer boards. Second, speed. Without complex lamination cycles, production lead times are shorter. Third, reliability. Fewer connections mean fewer potential failure points. A remote control, a power adapter, a simple LED driver-these products do not benefit from 8 layers. They benefit from a board that works every time and does not drive up the bill of materials. Our Single Sided PCBs serve exactly these applications.
Built for volume. We produce Single Sided PCBs in high volumes. Our monthly capacity exceeds 50,000 square meters. Copper thickness ranges from 0.5 oz to 6 oz to handle different current levels. Surface finishes include HASL, OSP, ENIG, and immersion tin. We also support custom solder mask colors and silkscreen markings. Each board is electrically tested to ensure opens and shorts are caught before shipment. We have been manufacturing PCBs since 2008. Our factory spans 19,000 square meters and employs over 150 people. ISO 9001 and UL certifications cover our processes and products.
