Manufacturing demands exceptional process control. Twelve-layer boards undergo multiple lamination and pressing cycles. Each cycle introduces stress. We use low-stress materials and controlled pressing profiles to minimize warpage. Plated through-holes must survive thermal cycling without cracking-we use additional hole wall plating thickness for reliability. Each board is 100% tested. Boyastar has been in PCB manufacturing since 2008. Our facility covers 19,000 square meters. Monthly production exceeds 50,000 square meters. IATF 16949 and UL certifications are standard.
