Modern car interiors are full of screens and electronics. The instrument cluster, infotainment display, head-up display, and touch controls all need PCB space. Boyastar builds Smart Cockpit PCBs for these human-facing automotive systems.
Display and processing density is high. A smart cockpit board carries video processors, memory, display drivers, and audio codecs. All of these generate heat and noise. Our Smart Cockpit PCBs use multi-layer stack-ups to separate analog audio, digital video, and power sections. We control impedance for HDMI and LVDS display interfaces. Power planes are designed to handle the current demands of large display backlights.

The user experience depends on it. Laggy touch response or display glitches are unacceptable in modern vehicles. Our boards maintain consistent signal timing through length-matched traces and controlled impedance. Each board is tested for opens, shorts, and impedance. Boyastar has been manufacturing PCBs since 2008. Our factory covers 19,000 square meters. Monthly production exceeds 50,000 square meters. IATF 16949 and UL certifications apply.
