The Instrumentation PCB service is made for test and measurement and high-precision scenes. This board fits test and measurement instruments, analytical instruments, medical instruments, industrial meters, environmental monitoring instruments, laboratory instruments, metrology instruments, and sensor meters. We use FR-4 as the base material. High TG FR-4 is also available. We support multilayer designs and high-precision routing. High-precision boards, low-noise boards, and high-reliability boards are all within our experience.
Grounding and Routing Review
Layer count ranges from 2 to 20 with flexible stack-up. High CTI FR-4 is available. Thick copper, impedance control, blind and buried vias, and BGA are all available. Surface finishes include immersion gold, HASL, OSP, immersion silver, immersion tin, and hard gold plating. Buyers can name the finish they need. Our engineering team has more than ten engineers. They do low-noise design review and manufacturability analysis. They send a quote and lead time within 24 hours. We accept OEM and ODM orders. We build from drawings. Layer count, board thickness, copper thickness, base material, surface finish, solder mask color, silkscreen color, impedance, blind and buried vias, BGA, and packing all follow buyer requirements. Instrument boards have strict grounding layout rules. We suggest separating analog ground and digital ground. We suggest a single-point connection. This reduces noise entering the signal path. Environmental monitoring instruments and metrology instruments need high precision. We separate analog traces and digital traces during routing.
Signal Tests and Full Traceability
Signal noise is the top risk for instrument boards. We run signal integrity tests, impedance tests, and low-noise tests. We confirm the first article before release. We keep records for every step from incoming material to final shipment. Our quality team has more than 20 people. Every board gets 100% electrical testing before packing. We use AOI optical inspection and flying probe testing. We accept third-party inspection. Our factory holds IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
