Eco-Friendly Surface Protection for Fine-Pitch Assembly
An OSP PCB uses organic solderability preservative surface finish. It is widely used in consumer electronics, home appliance control boards, and communication equipment in high-volume electronic product manufacturing. OSP forms a nanoscale organic protective film on copper surfaces through a chemical process. This effectively prevents copper oxidation. The protective film automatically volatilizes during soldering and does not affect soldering quality. Boyastar manufactures OSP PCBs with 18 years of manufacturing experience. Ultrathin Protection for Superior Flatness
OSP provides excellent flatness at low cost. Our OSP PCB uses a chemical process to form a nanoscale organic protective film on copper surfaces. This effectively prevents copper oxidation. The protective film automatically volatilizes during soldering and does not affect soldering quality. The OSP film is extremely thin and provides excellent surface flatness. This makes it especially suitable for surface mount soldering of fine-pitch components. The OSP process contains no lead, nickel, or gold. It is one of the most environmentally friendly PCB surface finish options. Layer count ranges from 2 to 20 layers. Board thickness ranges from 0.5 to 3.5 mm or as per your file. All products comply with RoHS and REACH standards and meet UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating.
